Who: The flagship annual event was attended by more than 350 members of Inverness Chamber of Commerce and their guests. The special guest speaker for the evening was BBC world affairs editor, author and columnist, John Simpson CBE.
Why: Organised by Inverness Chamber of Commerce – the largest independent business organisation based in the Highlands, which promotes economic growth in the area – the Highland Business Dinner celebrates business success and is an ideal opportunity for high-level networking and corporate hospitality. John Simpson’s appearance was especially fitting given the increased support provided by Inverness Chamber International for Highland businesses seeking to trade globally. The event also raised over £7,500 for the Highland Hospice Project Build Appeal.
