The Taste of Grampian event takes place at Inverurie on Saturday, June 6. Sitting alongside the tasty morsels will be a delicious display of some of the latest motors on the market.

The Press and Journal Motor Show is an integral part of the hugely successful one-day food festival, which takes place at the Thainstone Centre.

It is a great day out for those wanting to get up close and personal with some very interesting vehicles. From popular bestsellers to commercial workhorses, there is something for everyone.

Here are 9 cars that you can check out this weekend:

1. Audi Q3 2.0 Di S Line

2015 Audi Q3
2015 Audi Q3

I&K Motors will be bringing a host of great vehicles to the show including this beauty. The 2015 model has been given new silver extensions from the grille which reach out to join the inner edges of the headlights – a small change that makes a big difference to the car’s look.

2. Ford Focus 1.6 TDCi Zetec five door

Also at the I&K Stand will be the Focus and given it became the UK’s best-selling vehicle nameplate of all time last year, there might be a bit of a queue.

3. Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV

Station Garage returns to the Motor Show with a selection of Mitsubishi vehicles including the ASX, Mirage, Shogun, L200 and the Outlander range including the game changing PHEV.

4. Renault Zoe

The Zoe is the first Renault electric car to be built as one from the first instance, and bears a full complement of EV-specific features, such as a low-speed audible warning for pedestrians – which can also be switched off – and remote monitoring of the battery charge level and range. You can check it out at the Mackie Motors stand.

5. Dacia Duster

Mackie Motors is also bringing the Dacia Duster which benefits from a package of styling and trim upgrades for the 2015 Model Year, but with no increase in the brand’s no-nonsense, “shockingly affordable” pricing.

6. California Campervans

California Campervan

As well as proving popular with customers looking to buy their own, there has also been a growing demand for holidaymakers wanting to rent one so they can “camp” in luxury. Clark Commercials has unveiled its official Volkswagen campers and Kombi rental service which has exceeded expectation already, with campervan bookings placed for the next three months.

7. Mercedes-Benz Vito

Among the commercial vehicles at the Mercedes-Benz stand will be the versatile new Vito.

With three lengths, three weight variants and two turbodiesel engines in five power ratings, the New Vito offers a broad range, starting from £17,855 (ex-VAT) for the 109 CDI panel van Compact.

8. Honda Civic

Macrae & Dick Honda will be appearing at the motor show with a range of exciting new models, including the brand-new Civic, CR-V and Jazz, which is to be replaced later this year with an all-new upgrade.

9. Jaguar XE

Everyone is getting excited about the new XE, a slickly executed take on the compact executive genre, offering something different to the usual German suspects. You can get up close to it at the Peter Vardy Jaguar stand this weekend.
