Who: Legendary chef Albert Roux was joined by award-winning pastry chefs and chocolatiers Will Torrent and Alistair Birt and around 55 dinner guests.
Why: A special four-course dinner, hosted and designed by Albert Roux using the best Highland produce, was held to raise funds for Maggie’s Highlands, the charity which provides free practical, emotional and social support to people with cancer, their family and friends.
The evening began with a champagne reception on the banks of Loch Ness before dinner was served aboard the Jacobite Warrior. The meal was followed by a cruise and a question and answer session with the chefs.
