Where: Aberdeen Skyway Hotel (formerly The Thistle), Dyce.
Who: Almost 200 guests attended the ball – held in support of Comic Relief – and were entertained by television personality Shane Richie and Britain’s Got Talent finalist Danny Posthill, along with local favourites the Graham Geddes Band.
The event was hosted by former P&J diary doyen Peter Mitchell.
Why: The annual charity ball is held to raise funds which help Comic Relief continue the work it does at home and abroad to improve the lives of underprivileged children.
