Brides who have vowed to get in shape for their wedding day are being given a helping hand by a leading Aberdeen sports centre.
Aberdeen Sports Village has created a new exercise club specifically aimed at getting brides-to-be fit for their big day.
The group kicks off this Saturday and will meet at the sports centre reception, on Linksfield Road, at 9am each week.
Professional trainers will be on hand to provide top training tips and nutritional advice at the sessions.
Duncan Sinclair, chief executive of Aberdeen Sports Village, said: “The running club will offer an excellent platform for brides to exercise together in a fun and informal environment where they can reach their fitness goals before they run down the aisle.”
The sporting facility is also offering a range of short-term memberships to couples who want to tone up or slim down ahead of their wedding.
