What: The annual Aberdeen Round Table Burns Supper.
Where: Cults Hotel, Aberdeen.
Who: Almost 100 people attended the supper, the largest-ever attendance for the event, which was hosted by Liam Kerr. Mark McCusker addressed the haggis, the Immortal Memory was delivered by Angus Carmichael and the Round Table performed an entertaining recital of Tam o’ Shanter.
Why: The Burns Supper was raising money for Archway, a local charity which offers opportunities for respite care to families with a relative with learning disabilities. The charity is Aberdeen Round Table’s nominated charity for 2016.
