VIDEO: Wait for it… Hilarious moment squirrel’s quest for food goes badly wrong

This is the moment a cheeky squirrel’s quest for food went badly wrong.

In the video, captured by social media user Graham King, the squirrel can be seen latching on to a feeder while it slowly edges off of its branch.

According to Graham, who later shared the footage on Facebook from his garden in Aberdeen, this isn’t even the first time the same squirrel has had an incident with the feeder.

“That was the second time it knocked the feeder off today,” he said.

“The first time wasn’t captured by the trail camera. Thing is, there’s a ground feeder full of peanuts just to the left of the hanging one. I’m hoping that it’ll find that one.”

Luckily no squirrels were harmed in the making of this video and Graham has already witnessed the tiny creature using his “squirrel proof” feeder located safely on the ground.
