Aberdeen’s Inspired Nights street food market is back and the event has kicked off with a bang as hundreds of people have come out in support.
Taking place over the Nuart street food festival event weekend, locals and tourists alike have been sampling numerous dishes and have been enjoying quality drinks from a multitude of vendors.
The event runs today until 9pm and tomorrow (Sunday June 12) from noon to 6pm on Broad Street in Aberdeen.
At Inspired Nights here is a whole multitude of things for all of the family to embrace including live music and free children’s activities.
As for the food and drink offering, guests have been tucking into all sorts of delicious delights including Dutch fries from Aberdeen, German sausages from Edelwurst Catering and Haydn’s Woodfired Pizza has been slinging out pizzas since the event kicked off yesterday at noon.
New north-east street food vendors Bombay Grillz have also been serving up naan rolls, puri rolls, pakoras, biryanis and chips, and for something sweet, attendees have been enjoying doughnuts from A&Z’s Delicious Donuts.
The Kilted Fudge Company also has a stall selling their homemade quality fudge which comes in a variety of flavours.
To quench their thirst there are plenty of bars and stalls to grab a drink from including Orchid for cocktails, Fierce Beer for craft beer and Art Deco Prosecco for fizz.
Motif, which is the new brand name for PB Devco’s The Draft Project, everything from draft beer, wine, prosecco, gin and tonics and cocktails on offer.
Nuart festival was launched at 1pm today and various tours have been running from the event.
