A north-east mum has landed ANOTHER prime-time TV appearance for her juice and smoothie company – this time with Ant and Dec.
Vanessa Bremner, who runs The Juicing Co from her Stonehaven kitchen, already sends her products to contestants on ITV’s Dancing on Ice show.
Now, her range of healthy energy juices and tonic shots will appear in the dressing rooms of guests on Ant and Dec’s ITV extravaganza Saturday Night Takeaway.
“It’s very exciting,” says Vanessa, who has already had guests including celebrity trainer Joe Wicks and The Traitors host Claudia Winkleman exposed to her juices.
“I’m doing my best to try and get in touch with Joe Wicks through Instagram,” she adds. “That would be so amazing if he could give me a little tag.”
Vanessa, who started The Juicing Co in 2017, is settling in to her new role of supplying vitamin and energy boosts to the stars of hit TV shows.
The Dancing on Ice tie-up came out of the blue, as did her latest Ant and Dec gig.
The 32-year-old denies that ITV producers now have her on speed-dial. But she is over the moon to be working with Ant and Dec.
She is one of the duo’s biggest fans.
“I just love them, and I’m so excited,” she says. “I was watching them on Saturday night and I said to Stuart, my husband, can you actually believe that they’ve got all our juices just now?”
From Stonehaven to the bright lights of Ant and Dec’s TV show
Saturday Night Takeaway returned to ITV last weekend for its 19th year.
Vanessa sent down a batch of 20 juices and 20 tonic shots for the cast and guests, which as well as Wicks and Winkleman included singer Tom Grennan.
When she spoke to the P&J she was busy packing the next batch for this weekend’s show, which airs at 7.30pm.
Guests include Big Zuu, Joel Dommett, Davina McCall, and Keith Lemon.
Vanessa is hoping to visit the London city centre studios where Saturday Night Takeaway is filmed in front of a live audience.
“We’re going to London in a couple of weeks for my husband’s birthday so I thought I’d chance my hand and ask for a ticket,” she says. “If you don’t ask, you don’t get.”
The mum still has two Dancing on Ice shows to provide for and has been working overtime in her Stonehaven kitchen.
But she’s delighted her juices are giving energy to stars such as Joe Wicks, who she holds in high regard.
“He’s really inspirational for everyone to just get more active, a bit more healthy, but also be down to earth,” she says of the fitness guru before adding: “But who doesn’t love Ant and Dec? They are just so funny and lovely.”
