Who: More than 70 delegates representing a variety of food and drink businesses joined together for an evening of networking and fine dining. Sarah Malone, executive vice-president with Trump International, was guest speaker.
Why: The Dining Club attracts an audience of chefs, restaurateurs and hoteliers as well as food and drink producers based in Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire and Moray. This event attracted several who were attending for the first time and guests were treated to an imaginative five-course taster menu.
