This winter, visitors are being encouraged to escape to the wilds of north-west Skye to visit The Three Chimneys, one of Scotland’s most iconic restaurants with rooms, to Retreat, Eat and Sleep. Until March 24, inclusive of weekends, visitors can take advantage of an all-inclusive discounted winter break.
The price includes dinner, bed and breakfast for two with dinner served nightly in the restaurant, which recently was named in the UK’s Top 100 Restaurants List by The Sunday Times, and is most famous for serving the very best local produce, fresh from the land and sea that surrounds the island. Head chef Scott Davies’s strong relationship with local food producers, fishermen and crofters ensures diners are given a truly one-of-a-kind taste experience of Skye.
The offer is completed with an overnight stay in the recently refurbished House Over-By, next door to the restaurant, which has six sumptuous en suite bedrooms, which can be adapted for young families and wheelchair users, as well as a cosy lounge with idyllic sea views, where pre-dinner drinks and a locally sourced breakfast is served the following day.
Shirley Spear, co-owner at The Three Chimneys, said: “The year ahead is shaping up to be another exciting one for all of us at The Three Chimneys in Skye. With our beautiful bedrooms and restaurant all refreshed while we were closed, our team rejuvenated after a few weeks of holiday and travel experience, we can’t wait to re-open and welcome our guests, old and new, to sample our exciting new menus, meet chef Scott and all those who love to make everyone’s visit to The Three Chimneys and The House Over-By a memorable one.”
