Three nightclubs in Aberdeen city centre have gone up for sale or lease.
The former Garage nightclub on Windmill Brae, as well as its associated bars, are currently being marketed by Shepherd Chartered Surveyors and DM Hall.
All sections of the property have been closed since last year.
The upper floor nightclub, which was formerly The Garage, includes a dance floor, bars, and more, and the area underneath – which previously traded as Steinhaus – incorporates a bar area with fitted seating.
And the ground floor – which used to be called Traffic – latterly formed a VIP lounge for the nightclub, and comes with seating areas and a bar.
The property is available in part or as a whole, and licences are still in place.
James Morrison, from Shepherd Chartered Surveyors, said: “Given its location within a well-established city centre leisure area and the fact it is available in part or whole, we anticipate keen interest in this opportunity.”
