A north-east hotel is on the market for almost a quarter of a million pounds.
Redhall Arms Hotel, in Fordoun, has been put up for sale for £240,000 or lease, at £12,000 a year.
The hotel, which is in the centre of the village, has been shut since April.
But prior to that it had consisted of three bedrooms, a restaurant and a bar with owner’s accommodation.
The facility has been marketed by Shepherd Chartered Surveyors.
The firm’s Alistair Nicol said: “With potential for 100% rates relief, we anticipate keen interest in this hospitality opportunity in an attractive rural location, which is expanding with a number of small housing schemes under development.
“It also benefits from close proximity to the A90 dual carriageway and the national road network.”
