The final phase of homes in a stunning development offering countryside living close to the Highland capital has been launched by Inverness-based Tulloch Homes.

Just eight properties remain at the Black Isle View development in Kirkhill, a scenic setting in a thriving Highland village within easy commuting distance of the city of Inverness, eight miles away.

Located at the heart of the area known as The Aird, the development offers a choice of two, three or four bedroom bungalows.

Tulloch Homes’ sales director Lynne Boyd urged people not to miss out on the final opportunity to purchase at charming Black Isle View, just four miles from Beauly village.

She said: “Black Isle View is a delightful location where, due to customer demand, we are developing a range of our most popular bungalows with prices starting from only £165,000 for a Garry, a two bedroom detached bungalow.

“The development has proved exceptionally popular in recent months and I would invite prospective buyers to look at what the development has to offer – before the final homes are all sold.”

For those seeking a property ready for immediate entry, there is the two-bedroom detached Garry. This house design comes fully equipped with carpets and boasts two spacious bedrooms, a well proportioned lounge, kitchen and bathroom, with plenty of storage space. The Garry is priced at £165,000.

The Redcastle is another three bedroom detached home available at the development. This comes complete with a spacious lounge as well as a kitchen with open plan family/dining room. It also features a utility room and integral garage. The Redcastle is available from £235,000.

Finally on offer at Black Isle View is the Kilcoy four bedroom detached bungalow with garage. This style includes a lounge and open plan dining area, kitchen, bathroom, four bedrooms; one with en-suite. The utility room also boasts access to the garage. Prices for the Kilcoy start at £230,000.

The Help to Buy (Scotland) scheme is available at all homes at Black Isle View. This scheme allows home-buyers to purchase a new home with as little as 5% deposit and apply for a 20% interest-free loan from the Scottish Government.
