“So we’ve had many enjoyable get togethers with friends and family.”

After nine blissfully happy years, Richard has reluctantly put his amazing home on the market as he moves on to pastures new.

“What I’ve enjoyed most about living here is the relaxing environment as the home offers a private retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city,” says Richard.

“I’ve also enjoyed the stunning views from all floors and the changing landscape views and wildlife on the River Dee.”

“I’ll miss the beautiful private views, the comfortable, contemporary and spacious living as well as the ease of travelling easily to the city and visiting friends and family.”
