The Bank of Scotland has compiled a list of the 20 most expensive streets in the country and Aberdeen adresses take up four spots on the list.
The figures look at house prices between 2010 and 2015 and show an average house on Aberdeen’s Loirsbank Road was the third most expensive in the land costing a cool £1.18million.
Property on Rubislaw Den South, is hot on it’s heels with buyers needing £1.16million to attain the AB15 postcode.
Friarsfield Way comes in third for Aberdeen, with average property costing £1.13million and Culter House Road, is the fourth on the list with house prices sitting at £964,000.
Chris Comfort, associate partner at Aberdein Considine, said the report highlights “what those on the ground have been seeing for months – that it is not all doom and gloom in the Aberdeen housing market”.
The most expensive road is Northumberland Street in Edinburgh with average property costing a whopping £1.33 million.
