Dacia has revealed the pricing and specifications for its new Sandero.
Priced from £5,995, the Sandero has been treated to significant upgrades to its interior, exterior and equipment.
A new 1.0-litre three-cylinder engine has been introduced, which is capable of producing the same amount of power as the 1.2-litre unit it replaces, but is claimed to be up to 10% more efficient.
The exterior of the car has been updated through the use of double optic front headlights, the same as those fitted to the current Duster. A brand new honeycomb grille also features at the front of the car, along with a chrome centre line.
Inside, the interior of the cabin now benefits from a satin-effect chrome finish for the air vent surrounds and centre console fascia. Laureate specification cars are also fitted with an improved multifunction steering wheel, housing controls for cruise control and speed limiter functions.
All cars (apart from Access trim) have a DAB radio fitted as standard, while air conditioning is now standard on Ambiance spec cars.
Top-spec Laureate versions include satellite navigation, controlled via a 7in touchscreen. Also included is USB connectivity and rear parking sensors. These cars also have Dark Carbon Indite upholstery and a height-adjustable driver’s seat and steering wheel.
The new Sandero is available to order now. Dacia also announced pricings for new versions of its Sandero Stepway and Logan MCV, priced at £8,795 and £6,995 respectively.
