Usually visitors flock to Drum Castle in Aberdeenshire to visit the Jacobean mansion, but last weekend the 13th Century house took a back seat as countless numbers of classic Jaguars lined up on the lawn.
Stormy weather didn’t dampen spirits for classic car drivers from all over Scotland, who made the pilgrimage to the annual gathering of the Grampian Jaguar Enthusiasts Club.
The day saw Jaguars and Daimlers from all eras line up in front of the castle for a day of motoring nostalgia.
From ordinary to exotic, hundreds of gleaming vehicles were on display, while children’s activities and food trucks were on hand to keep every member of the family entertained.
