A woman has been charged in connection with 14 separate thefts in the Torry area of Aberdeen.
The crimes including five thefts from motor vehicles and nine thefts by opening lockfast places and took place during throughout this month.
A report has been submitted to the Procurator Fiscal and the 22-year-old from Aberdeen is expected to appear in court at a later date.
Some stolen property has been recovered, while inquiries are underway with regard to other outstanding items.
Detective Inspector Stuart McAdam said: “Crimes within our communities will not be tolerated and I can assure the public tackling acquisitive crime is at the forefront of our policing strategy.
