Nearly 300 people turned up at Hazlehead Park to participate in the Memory Walk. Money raised from the event will go towards Alzheimer Scotland to help it support 3,500 people with dementia across the region. Andrea Watt, a community fundraiser for the charity, thanked those who took part on Sunday. She said: “We are so grateful to the hundreds of people who walked with us to challenge dementia once and for all. “Together, we can make a huge difference to people living with dementia and their carers across the region.”
