Emergency services attended an incident in the Northfield area of Aberdeen after a woman was hit by a bus at lunchtime today.
Police received a call at 12.29pm after the collision occurred on Provost Fraser Drive, near the junction of Granite Hill Place, involving a single-decker bus and a female pedestrian.
A police spokesman confirmed that a woman was taken to hospital, but she was not thought to have any serious injuries, he added: “She was conscious and talking.”
Police have since re-opened the road which was closed until 3pm.
