Torsten Raimund Kulke, 48, was thought to have traveled to the islands on Friday and may be in either the Isle of Lewis, Harris, Uist or Skye. Relatives in Germany raised the alarm after being unable to reach Mr Kulke and police have now issued an urgent appeal to trace him. Officers say concerns have been raised for his wellbeing. A spokesman added: “Those with any information can contact officers at Stornoway Police station on 101, quoting incident number NH/2952/17. “Alternatively, information can be anonymously given to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
