The Scottish SPCA is currently caring for two eight-week-old kittens named Harry and Meghan.
Scotland’s animal welfare charity has been caring for the two kittens, who came into their care through no fault of their own, at its centre in Inverness.
Scottish SPCA Animal Rescue and Rehoming Centre Superintendent Sharon Comrie said: “Meghan and Harry are currently being looked after in Inverness.
“These two adorable characters will be looking for a new home once they’ve been given the all clear by our vets and received the appropriate vaccinations.
“We were all delighted to hear about Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s engagement, and we know they’re both great lover of animals so we couldn’t help but share our little royal couple too.”
Anyone who would like to rehome an animal from the Scottish SPCA should call their nearest centre on 03000 999 999.
