Police have charged a 40-year-old man following a Class A drugs seizure in Elgin.
Officers searched a property in North Street yesterday and found heroin worth around £2,000.
The man is due to appear at Elgin Sheriff Court today.
Constable Karl Jellis, of the Divisional Alcohol Violence Reduction Unit, said: “North East Division remain committed to preventing the supply of controlled drugs and we will continue to look towards detecting and disrupting those involved in drug-related crime.
