Police are appealing for information after a woman was assaulted within a property in the North Port area of Elgin.
The incident is understood to have happened between around 9pm and 10.30pm on Monday.
Police look to trace two men who may be able to assist with inquiries.
Detective Inspector Susan Lawson said: “The woman didn’t require hospital treatment but has understandably been left extremely upset by the incident.
“We are appealing to anyone who may have seen two men in the area between around the time of the incident.
“They are described as being aged in their thirties and around 5ft 6ins in height. One was of slim build and one of a larger build. They are both described as wearing dark trousers and one of the men was wearing a Royal Blue coloured top.”
