Police have launched an investigation following the discovery of a man’s body in Aberdeen.
Officers were called to the Indoor Market on the city’s Market Street at 1pm today following reports of the sudden death of a man within the building.
A Police Scotland spokesman said: “We were called to investigate a sudden death in Aberdeen today at 1pm. No further details can be released at this time, but officers remain at the scene and have cordoned off the area.”
A spokesman for the Indoor Market was unable to comment on the death and added: “We are still helping the police with their investigations.”
