A 28-year-old man has been arrested and charged in relation to an alleged assault on a 40-year old man in Elgin last month.
The incident happened at around 1am on Saturday 23 June in the Pinegrove area of the town.
It is thought that the accused appeared at Elgin Sheriff Court today, Friday June 6.
