An Aberdeen road has been closed this evening following a one vehicle crash.
Emergency services have been called to the A96 Aberdeen to Inverurie road at Bucksburn, near the Sclattie roundabout.
A police spokeswoman confirmed they had closed the road and said: “We were called to the incident at 8.05pm by the Scottish Ambulance service.
“We are still at the scene. There is one male casualty, but I do not know the extent of his injuries at this time.”
Fire fighters were also called to the scene at around 8pm, but have since left. A spokeswoman for the fire service said: “We attended the scene of a one vehicle RTC this evening at 8.05pm and helped make the vehicle safe.
