Fire crews attended a two-vehicle road traffic collision on Skye this afternoon.
A spokesman for the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service said: “One appliance from Portree and another from Dunvegan were mobilised at 12pm to reports of a two-vehicle RTC on the A87, around one mile north of Sligachan.
“All casualties were released prior to our arrival with our crews assisting in casualty care.”
The spokesman confirmed a stop message had been received at 12.29pm.
A grey Renault Grand Scenic and a blue VW Polo were involved in the collision with recovery being arranged for the vehicles.
A Scottish Ambulance spokesman said: “We received a call at 1149 hours today to attend a road traffic accident on the A87 in Sligachan.
“We dispatched two ambulances to the scene and transported one male patient and one female in her 40s to Broadford Hospital.”
