Oban youngsters have been recognised for giving up their time to volunteer with the police during a special awards ceremony.
The group of teenagers have completed training to volunteer at community events and musical gatherings such as Oban Live.
Police Scotland Youth Volunteers (PSYV) are groups of up to 24 young people supported by adult volunteers and led by a police constable.
The PSYV programme aims to strengthen the relationship between the force and young people, breaking down barriers and promoting positive role models.
The programme is open to all young people aged 13 to 18, and allows an insight into policing.
It also strives to inspire individuals to participate positively within their communities.
The coordinator is supported by a team of adult volunteers who come from all walks of life and bring their own skills to each group.
Police constable Claire Brown of Oban Police Station heads up the group in north Argyll.
Special awards this year were given to Cameron Carmichael and Laura Bialecka as head youth volunteers, and volunteer of the year went to Charlie Robertson.
Commitment award was presented to Rosalind Robertson and the leadership award went to Aaron Dott.
