Offering four-star accommodation, you can relax among the attractive interiors and with a maximum capacity of 104 passengers, you can enjoy an intimate environment combined with the excellent service delivered by the friendly and professional crew.
All of the comfortable cabins have a river view with a large picture window and are well furnished with twin beds, air conditioning, radio, TV, mini bar, safe, hair dryer and en-suite shower and WC. In addition to the twin cabins, there are large luxurious suites available, as well as mini suites.

Day 1: north-east of Scotland – Amsterdam
Depart from selected pick-up points in the north-east and travel by coach to Newcastle before getting the ferry to Amsterdam.
Day 2: Amsterdam – Krefeld
We travel by rail or coach to the beautiful city of Krefeld and board our ship for a relaxing evening.
Day 3: Krefeld – Bonn – Andernach
We will cruise to Bonn, Beethoven’s birthplace, and you can join us on an optional excursion to see the city’s highlights – including a museum celebrating the classical composer. The evening will be spent cruising to Andernach, where you can stroll along the riverside promenades.
Day 4: Andernach – Rüdesheim
On arrival to Rüdesheim, you can opt to go to the Asbach Visitor Centre for a brandy tasting session and the chance to see the distillery. The rest of the day can be spent taking in the delights of this pretty town including the famous Drosselgasse, a narrow cobblestone street.
Day 5: Rüdesheim – Mannheim
We’ll cruise to the cosmopolitan city of Mannheim, at the confluence of the Rhine and the Neckar. Join our optional exclusion to visit one of the most popular castles in Germany – Heidelberg. Later, our ship sets sail and we cruise through the night towards the Alsace region of France.
Day 6: Strasbourg – Breisach
We arrive in Strasbourg and our optional excursion allows you to see the main sites by coach before taking a walking tour of the old city. You can then opt to discover the Little Alsace wine route, which travels through winemaking villages and, of course, you can sample the produce.
Day 7: Breisach – Basel
We’ll set sail towards the Swiss city of Basel, which sits on the border of Switzerland, France and Germany. From here, you can take the optional rail excursion to Bern, the capital of Switzerland, for a guided tour.
Day 8: Basel
You can either explore Basel at your leisure or join our optional rail or coach trip to Interlaken. This is a spectacular resort that lies in the heart of the Swiss Alps at the foot of the famous trio of peaks, the Eiger, the Mönch and the Jungfrau.
Day 9: Basel – Overnight hotel
Those travelling by coach disembark the ship and travel to our overnight hotel, with evening meal and breakfast included.
Day 10: Overnight hotel – Amsterdam
Having bidden farewell to our captain and his crew, we commence our return coach and overnight ferry crossing.
Day 11: Newcastle
Arrive back in the UK and travel by coach back to the north-east.
