About 200 relatives were at the Moray airbase to welcome back the brave members of 12 (Bomber) Squadron. Tears of joy greeted the servicemen and women when they were eventually reunited in one of the base’s hangars. The squadron has just successfully completed a four-month tour of duty in one of the most dangerous places on earth – Kandahar airbase. A long line of fold-out chairs was arranged in one of the hangars where the families waited. A delay at RAF Brize Norton where the 80 servicemen and women were going through customs delayed the return to Moray by an hour. Full story and pictures, Page 3
