Crowds are gearing up for the final night of athletics competitions at the Glasgow Commonwealth Games.
Among the highlights will be the appearance the of the world’s fastest man, Usain Bolt, in the final of the Men’s 4×100 metres relay.
The Jamaican team is the favourite for the gold.
However England will also be vying for a medal.
Both countries have also made it to the final of the women’s 4x100m, which will also take place tonight.
Other finals on the athletics track include the men’s 1,500m, which will include Scotland’s Chris O’Hare, of Edinburgh.
English runner Charlie Grice and Chris Gowell, of Wales, are also in the 12-strong line-up.
The finals of the women’s pole vault, women’s 5,000m will also take place, as well as the men’s javelin and men’s triple jump.
But medals will also be decided tonight in the boxing ring, the diving and the women’s hockey competitions.
Tomorrow’s main event will be the men’s and women’s road races, with the home nations fielding strong contingents.
More medals are also up for grabs in badminton, men’s hockey, netball and squash.
The closing ceremony starts at 8.30pm and will include a performance by Australian superstar Kylie Minogue.
