The person is thought to have suffered a heart attack on the CalMac ferry at around 2pm while at Loch Nevis, Lochaber. The Stornoway coastguard helicopter was deployed to the incident at 2.10pm, and transported the patient to Broadford Hospital, on Skye. The CalMac service transports people across the Inner and Outer Hebrides and the Firth of Clyde.
