VIDEO: Deer gallop along San Francisco’s Golden Gate Bridge

Animals on the road isn’t unheard of here in the north, but deer prancing along the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco certainly isn’t routine.

In the US version of animals loose on the road, the footage below shows a pair of deer disrupting motorists as they bound along the bridge.

It’s not known how the animals got onto the iconic monument, but Californian authorities reported that they entered from the south.

No one was hurt during the incident, but the mystery as to where the the animals were travelling to continues.

The clip was uploaded to YouTube on 5 September, where it has received over 110,000 views.
