As you stand on the tee it can be tricky to see too much, particularly to the right, so most players aim for the left hand side – not a bad idea considering the marshy conditions on the right hand side.

Some would describe this as a signature hole on the first nine. A good drive is a must to set up the second shot to a green that has trouble all around. Prevailing wind is normally against, so driver is the club to have a chance of making it in two… even for the big boys.
