The road is closed in both direction between Garmouth and Kingston and police are advising motorists in Moray be vigilant on all roads in the region. Multiple roads are closed in Elgin and drivers are urged to drive with caution in the town. Trains between Aberdeen and Inverness are limited and so commuters should plan ahead.
