A not so quiet corner in the north, Moray, like many areas of the country, has been put through its paces in terms of change.
From the pedestrianising of the High Street in Elgin and the construction of the Foress bypass, here’s 11 photos from the last three decades that will jog a few memories.
1) High Street Elgin
