Paul D’Eathe is said to have provided sub-standard dental treatment to the man and woman at Montfield Dental Centre between 2001 and 2011. The charges state that he failed to update their medical history, took inadequate notes and failed to record assessments. He is also accused of failing to provide proper orthodontic treatment to the woman, including failing to accurately monitor her. Mr D’Eathe is also said to have failed to obtain informed consent from the woman for the treatment. Mr D’Eathe has been asked to appear before the practice committee of the General Dental Council in London on Tuesday November 4.
