The Offshore Contractors Association’s annual golf day this month saw services company Pyeroy Group Ltd triumph at Aboyne Golf Club.
Gavin Booth, Ian Cowling, Finlay Cran and Steve Fairness were awarded the Fabricom Offshore Services Team shield and champagne in recognition of their efforts.
The Petrofac Claret Jug Award for the longest drive went to Stuart Leslie of Sparrows, who helped his team-mates, Peter Marler, Craig McKeown and Kevin Petrie, take second place overall.
Third place went to the Aker Solutions team of Paul Claire, Jack Campbell, Craig McGinness and team captain Sheila Fergusson.
The Nearest the Pin competition, sponsored by Wipro UK Ltd, was won by Michael Howie of AMEC.
Bill Murray, chief executive of the Offshore Contractors Association, said: “Our golf day has always been a great way of celebrating industry success and bringing leaders together, and this year’s event was no exception.
“Collaboration is becoming more important than ever in tackling the issues our industry faces in the coming years.”
