Good morning. Monday is over, and we’re one day closer to the weekend. However, the weather in the north and north-east of Scotland is looking damp for today, so please be careful on the roads…
Traffic is reported to be at a standstill on the northbound carriageway of the A90 just north of Stonehaven following a two car collision just before 7am this morning.

There are no injuries, however the incident is causing lengthy delays. Police have asked motorists to be patient while the scene is cleared.
Another accident elsewhere on the northbound carriageway of the A90 is also causing problems for drivers between Garron Point and Newtonhill. No details of the incident yet, but – again – people are asked to be patient while the road is cleared.
