That was the reaction to a series of pictures which appear to show a Jack Russell flying across a beach in the north of Scotland.
Steve Arkley, from Forres, was walking his dog, Stanley, along Dunnet Beach in Caithness when the dog sprung into action and Steve pulled out his camera.
With legs stretched out straight, Stanley looks to be doing his very best superman impression and although Steve was delighted with the pictures, he was blown away by the online reaction to the pictures – with one image collecting around 2,000 “likes” in just one day.
This cute pup surely can’t spring to life like Superman?
