A motorcyclist was taken to hospital following a collision on a busy Aberdeen road yesterda morning.
Emergency services were called to South Anderson Drive at its junction with Great Western Road, near the Mannofield traffic lights, at 6.50am.
The biker, a man in his 50s, was taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary with leg injuries following the crash involving his white Honda CVR 1000 motorbike and a white Ford Cougar.
His injuries were not though to be serious.
A spokesman for the Scottish Ambulance Service said: We attended the scene and one person has been taken to hospital.”
The incident caused traffic delays this morning, but the road has now been cleared.
