Swiss defender Mihael Kovacevic has become the fourth player to leave Ross County this season after having his contract terminated.
The 25-year-old made 15 appearances for the Staggies this term and joins defender Grant Munro, midfielder Ivan Sproule and forward Orhan Mustafi in departing the Dingwall club.
Right back Kovacevic played his final match for County in an away defeat at Dundee United on Saturday, December 21, 2013 and had been on compassionate leave to care for his sick father in Switzerland.
The Staggies have made six additions in the January transfer window but remain within their playing budget after allowing the four players to leave according to chairman Roy MacGregor.
County still have room to make more new signings this month after Kovacevic made a permanent exit from the Highlands.
