Sydney siege: Dramatic pictures show moment police stormed cafe

Dramatic pictures have emerged showing the moment police brought an end to the Sydney siege by storming the cafe where a gunman was holding several hostages.

It is believed two people, the gunman and one hostage, were killed when police entered the Lindt Chocolat Cafe.

After police swooped, one weeping woman was helped out by the officers and at least two other people were wheeled out on stretchers.
