Caley Thistle manager John Hughes believes his squad is large enough and strong enough to cope with three competitions and will not hesitate to ring the changes if required.
Inverness have four matches remaining this month, starting against Hearts at home on Saturday, and including fixtures in the Scottish Cup at home against Stranraer next Tuesday and the Highland derby at Ross County on Tuesday, February 25.
Only 19-year-old Macduff-born defender Matthew Cooper, pictured below, is out with an ankle injury and Hughes has the rare luxury of strong squad to select from.
Seventeen seasons as a player with Falkirk, Celtic and Hibs has convinced Hughes his players are up to task of playing twice a week.
He said: “We only have one injury and when I look at my playing career I just wanted to play.
“In my junior days, I played Saturday, Tuesday and Thursday and loved every minute of it.
“When you are playing with confidence and momentum and you are winning the games can’t come fast enough.
“We have the squad to freshen things up if need be and I am looking forward to the rest of the month.”
Hughes had been forced into changing his team on a weekly basis due to an injury to captain Richie Foran and suspensions to stalwarts Gary Warren and Ross Draper.
Now with a more settled side he is already looking ahead to the League Cup final against Aberdeen on March 16.
Irish central defender Danny Devine helped Inverness through the semi-final as a second-half substitute when Warren was sent off in the penalties win against Hearts.
The 21-year-old, who has made seven appearances this term, could be needed again with Warren out of the final.
Hughes added: “The hardest thing to do in the semi-final was chopping and changing the team and telling guys I had to leave them out.
“All credit to them, all the substitutes did well.
“Danny was probably in a bit of a huff when we sent him down to play in the reserves against Partick recently.
“He is one we need to keep playing and he needs to keep on top of his game.”
