A search and rescue operation was launched just after 4.30pm to the Ronas Hill area. Both police and Shetland Coastguard were on the ground and a coastguard helicopter was also launched. The helicopter picked up the walkers safe and well at 5.10pm and took them to the coastguard base at Sumburgh.
