Met Office has issued an amber “be aware” warning for Grampian and the Highlands today – snow, wind, rain and ice are still out in full force. Here’s your quick go-to guide of what’s still affected: Skye Bridge is closed and Dornoch Bridge and Kessock are currently open, but caution is strongly advised. The B974 is closed in both directions between the High Street junction in Banchory and the B966 junction in Fettercairn. The A939 is closed between Tomintoul and Cock Bridge alongside the A939 near School Road junction in Braemar and the Glenshee junction in Spittal. #A939 Tomintoul to Cock Bridge #SnowGate is closed due to severe weather in the area. Some schools in the Highlands are still closed. Roadworks are still in place on St Machar Drive in Tillydrone.
