Traffic is reported to be extremely busy on the A90 travelling from Portlethen to Aberdeen. Congestion is also bad in Aberdeen with tailbacks on the A90 at Anderson Drive and Great Western Road. Vehicles are at stand still in Garthdee and Holburn Junction, the Beach Boulevard and Haudagain Roundabout are all extremely crowded. Hold ups are also expected between Kirkton of Skene and Skene Road junction in Kingswells.
