Police are anxious to trace an Orkney woman who is missing from her home in Stromness.
A police spokesman said they were appealing for anyone with any information regarding the whereabouts of 46-year-old Lynne Mackay to get in touch with them.
She is described as 5ft 10ins tall and of medium build, with blue eyes and medium length dark coloured hair.
The spokesman said it was not known what she would be wearing.
